Refund and Cancellation

No upfront charges

You never pay a deposit or registration fee. The service fee is deducted from the approved card value when the payout is made.

Rejected cards

If a card is invalid, already used or can't be verified, it is rejected with a reason and you aren't charged.

Cancelling a request

A request that is still Under review can be cancelled by contacting support before staff have redeemed the card. After the payout is sent it can't be cancelled or reversed.
