What we collect

Your name, username, email address and UPI ID, plus the gift card details you submit and basic technical data such as IP address and sign-in time.

Why we collect it

To verify cards, send payouts, prevent fraud and give you support. We don't sell your data.

How card codes are handled

Claim codes and PINs are encrypted before they are saved. A one-way fingerprint is kept so the same card can't be submitted twice. Only staff with a specific permission can reveal a code, and every reveal is logged.

Retention

We keep request records for as long as needed for accounting, dispute handling and fraud prevention.

Your choices

You can update your name, email and UPI ID from your profile. To ask for your account to be deleted, open a support ticket.
